This 35-mile route showcases the idyllic scenery and country roads that make Harrisonburg and Rockingham County, Virginia famed riding destinations. 2014 Date Announced

Mark your calendars! The 2014 Alpine Loop Gran Fondo will take place on Sunday, September 28 in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Registration for the 2014 event will open on January 1, 2014 at Noon. Participants will choose from three routes: the 35-mile Valley View Challenge, the all-paved 76-mile Shenandoah Mountain Adventure, and the 105-mile Alpine Loop featuring incredible mountainous dirt road climbs. A Finish Line Festival will provide a warm welcome for all cyclists returning from their adventure.
