Zwift-Based Competitors: Important Message

We are very excited to award The Prostate Cancer Awareness Project King and Queen of the Mountains and Sprint contest jerseys.

Fairly recognizing these competitions has been a number-1 goal as we considered how to proceed with them for 2020. In support of that goal, and because a technical issue in sorting the Strava leaderboards data by-month was revealed, we are reopening the results for the two ZWIFT-BASED competitions including:

EPIC KOM (Zwift Insider Verified)
Qualifying Period of September 19-27, 2020, by age group

Fuego Flats Forward
Qualifying Period of September 19-27, 2020

If you made an attempt on either/both EPIC KOM (Zwift Insider Verified) or Fuego Flats Forward segments during the qualifying period of September 19-27, please send an e-mail to Contact@AlpineLoopGranFondo.com with either a link to that activity or screenshot of your qualifying segment (screenshot must include activity date and your segment time). If you made multiple attempts during the qualifying time period, you only need to share the activity with your best effort. Please send these submissions by Tuesday, October 6. They will be compiled and published the following day for review.

We understand this is a cumbersome ask, but recognize that many of you made impressive and dedicated attempts to participate; and to honor that commitment it seems like the best solution in fairness to all.

This issue has not affected the Overall Elevation Gain contest. Those who shared other merit-based and outstanding honorary submissions do not need to take further action at this time.

We look forward to receiving your Zwift-based submissions and recognizing all winners next Friday.
