Rest Stops & Support

At the 2024 Alpine Loop Gran Fondo, D.I.R.T. Medical will provide safety and medical coverage. Patrollers will be roving on course and stationed at rest stops and the start/finish venue. More information about how participants will connect with D.I.R.T Medical on event day will be provided to registrants in advance of the event.

An enthusiastic team of volunteers will greet you at each of the Rest Stops along the courses. You can look forward to cycling-specific nutrition, fruits, salty snacks, sweet treats and other fuel to keep you going.

All riders should carry a spare tube (preferably, two on the Alpine Loop), a pump, a multi-tool, and any other necessities. Riders should start with enough food and water to fuel themselves to the first rest station. There is no food/drink provided at the start.
